Carol has been "at it" with our digital camera. Noting that her presence on the back patio tends to keep birds from frequenting and cavorting in the bird bath, she (Carol) has built for herself a small "blind" or camouflaged seat with a table in front to prop the camera on for steady snapping.
Thus out of sight and thus not a threat to the birds, she has managed to capture some really excellent avian cavorting.

pretty cool. i had no idea there were so many different bird species in the back yard!
She's GOOD! Those are some great shots! I haven't seen a Scissortail since I lived in OK, 12 years ago.
And yes: that last shot DOES look like a watercolour!
